In Word: I customized the tool bar by adding "Print..." and other icon
options to the bar. It remained there while working. Once I closed the
document and re-open it again, the "Print..." and other icon options I had
added previously disapperaed and the tool bar shown only original (starndard)
icons.

Word 2003? Something is preventing normal.dot from being saved - the usual
cuplrit is an unpatched version of Acrobat 7 - see the last section of
