Default How do I set up a macro to delete extra returns?

Does anyone know if there's a macro to delete extra returns? I have some
documents that instead of having the test wrap like normal it has returns for
each line and it doesn't fill up the whole page. I would greatly appreciate
some help on this, to save a lot of time or going through and deleting each
return.
Thanks!
