Print Preview v. Printed Document
I have copied and pasted a report from one Word document into another.
Everything appears fine on the screen and when I do a print preview, but when I print, everything that I pasted into my document changes formatting and doesn't appear the way that it should. Any suggestions?? |

If the document appears correctly in Print Preview but doesn't print
correctly then the first item to rule out is a corrupt/incorrect printer driver. Obtain an updated driver from the manufacturer's web site and see if that resolves it -- Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Would the printer driver affect just part of the document? The document is
40 pages long, but I only have a problem with six of the pages.
