When I try to download templates or clip art I receive an error message. I
have Office Suite 200 and Windows 2000 Professional operating system. I have
downloaded templates before without a problem, but apparently I am having a
problem now......Please help!

I wish I could help but I am having the same problem. The error that I get
appears at the bottom of the page and it simply says "error on page."

Try hitting Refresh (F5) to see if that helps or hit the page again in
a new browser session. I noticed this problem a couple times myself
and when I closed the browser and tried again, it worked. Not sure the
problem, however.
