Find Replace in Footers
I am using Word 2003....I have a Large Document with several sections. In the
footers is the Name of our Department plus other info. Our Department name has changed and I want to do a find/replace in all footers - I can't figure this one out. Any suggestions? |

On the Find and Replace dialog, click More and select All in the Search:
drop-down. (If the search is set to Up or Down, only the body of the document is searched -- All includes headers and footers and all the other storyranges.) "Gladys" wrote in message ... Thank you.
I was starting the find/replace while I was in the footer and that would not work...even with All selected. I started from the beginning of the document and it worked as it was designed. Thanks Again and Happy Holidays! Gladys "Jezebel" wrote: On the Find and Replace dialog, click More and select All in the Search: drop-down.
