Default Can change accepting in Word do automatic advances?

In earlier versions of Word, while in the process of accepting/rejecting
changes, the cursor would automatically advance to the next change after
accepting or rejecting a change. This no longer appears to be the case in
Word 2002 or 2003. This was a very useful feature.

Am I missing something basic? Is there a way to implement this
functionality in Word 2003?

The old dialog is still available, just hidden away. Open the Tools
Customize dialog, select All Commands in the Categories column, find
ToolsReviewRevisions in the Commands list, and drag it to any toolbar. (If
you want an icon on the button instead of text, right-click it and edit it.)
Then close the dialog. That button opens the old Accept/Reject Changes
dialog, which advances automatically through the changes.
