Default How can I determine who has a Word doc open?

If someone has a Word doc open that was setup with a password when it was
created, how can I tell who has it open at the current time? Up to 6 people
have the password to the doc, but how do I know which person it is?

Word2000 used to have the message"locked by 'xxx' " when you tried to open
it.
