[Hassled]

I am really struggling trying to create a form that should be fast, simple
and easy but Word keeps inserting these wierd horizontal lines near the end
of pages that it will not let me delete. Then I have to backspace each line
of text, one by one to get it above the wierd line in order to leave the
wierd line at the bottom of each page where it is not as obnoxious.
