Default when i bold 1 word (usually a title), it bolds the whole document

eg.. all text is in same font and the styles are all NORMAL....if I
highlight Friday or Saturday and bold, it will bold all of the text in the
document.

Friday

I went to work, etc, etc
then I went home

Saturday

I went shopping
then I went home
