How to open documents in a specific size each time
The zoom is saved with the document (see
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/general/SaveViewAndZoom.htm). However, if you want to force a specific zoom on all documents, whether you saved them or not, you can make use of auto macros: Sub AutoOpen() ActiveWindow.View.Type = 3 'Print Layout view ActiveWindow.View.Zoom = 120 End Sub Sub AutoNew() ActiveWindow.View.Type = 3 'Print Layout view ActiveWindow.View.Zoom = 120 End Sub Place these macros in your normal.dot(m) template.
