How do I delete reviewers names from a list they don't belong on
After downloading an Avery template, my review tools in Office suddenly
included a list of reviewers I don't want. How do I delete these names from my list? As an editor, I need my comments to show in the color of my choice. I can uncheck the other names, but I can't get rid of them. Any ideas? |

Does the reviewer have tracked changes in the document? Once their
changes have been accepted/rejected then their names should disappear. On the Reviewing toolbar turn on the display of changes for only reviewers you want to remove. Then you need to accept/reject all of their changes. Click the arrow next to the Accept/Reject Change command on the Reviewing toolbar and use the "Accept/Reject All Changes Shown" command. Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for assistance by email can not be acknowledged. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Beth Melton Microsoft Office MVP Word FAQ: http://mvps.org/word TechTrax eZine: http://mousetrax.com/techtrax/ MVP FAQ site: http://mvps.org/ "pegword" wrote in message ...
