Checkboxes with dialog boxes
How can I create a checkbox in a Word form that opens a dialog popup box if
the box is hovered over or checked (preferably when it is checked)? I want it so that if the user checks the box, the box will advise them that they should be using a different form. |

If in a protected form, you could have an OnExit macro from the checkbox
field that displays a message box if the value of the field is checked. This is what Word calls an "online form." Check this in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm especially Dian Chapman's series of articles.
