Am using avery business cards top margin does not print

I CAN SEE THE MARGIN IN THE PREVIEW BUT IT DOESN'T ALWAYS PRINTS. I'VE TRIED
DIFFERENT PAPERS AND DIFFERENT PRINTERS.
