Default DL Letter Template

Hello,
I have created a very basic template for our letters that we send out. It is
A4 that folds DL.
At the very top I have created a Header with the company logo and return
address.
Below that, I have carefully lined up where the Sending Address goes to.
Which I just highlight and retype the address as needed.
I was wondering though, is it possible to create a permanent block, field,
area that just stays there. So, when I open the letter, all I have to do is
click in the space and it will delete the information and I can type the
current address. Then when I am finished just move on to the body of the
letter?
I do look forward anyones assistance on this matter.

Thank you.

You might try http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFm...acroButton.htm. If
you need the address block to remain the same size regardless of content,
put it in a borderless table cell with Exact row height.

Be sure you put your letterhead in the page header; if you put the date
there as well, then your insertion point will be in the address field when
you create a new document based on this template; see
