Default How do you uncapitalize words?

I caopy and pasted text that is all capitalized into word, is there a way to
uncapitalize it easily?

Yes. Highlight the text, then Format, Change Case, Lowercase

Default How do you uncapitalize words?

Select the text, go to Format on the toolbar, click Change Case. You'll have
several options.
