Word Forms, stop drop-down box contents printing.
I want to use a form I have designed in Word as a printed form for gathering
data from a client - and as an on-screen form for entering that data on computer. How do I stop the contents of dropdown boxes from printing out on the printed form? |

In each dropdown, add a last entry that consists of just a space
character. When you want to print a copy of the form, select that space entry in each dropdown. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
