Default Word 2000: Multiple documents in a single window

I saw the posts which showed how to get documents to all appear in a single
Word 2002/2003 window. Unfortunately, Word 2000 does not have a checkbox for
"Windows in Taskbar." Is there another way to do it? (It would help me save
screen space, rather than duplicating menus and tool bars n times.)

Thanks.

Romke Soldaat worked out a fairly complex macro solution and made it available
as an "Add-in". I think the information and download are available over
word.mvps.org
