Default Columns and Tabs

Hi - I'm trying to lay out data in a simple format. I am using two columns to
a page. The data on both columns is similiar. For instance - I am listing a
personal name on the right and then a locale name on the left of a column.
The names aren't a problem but the locales are because they vary in spelling
length. Therefore a simple set tab won't line the locales against the right
margin of the column. Thanks for any help you might offer.

I'm confused. You say, "a locale name on the left of a column" and "the
locales against the right margin of the column." Assuming that "right" is
correct, you need a right-aligned tab at the right margin. See

Use a two-column table instead of Format Columns. See
