WORD 2003 - change 'address block' format
On performing a mail merge the company name appears as the first line of the
address followed by the recipient name on the second line. How can this be changed to make the recipients name on the first line and the company the second line? |

Forget the address block. Insert the individual fields as you require them -

Thanks OK. But, I have two XP compters that when using address block result
in two different layouts. One PC is the work PC which has Company name appearing on the first line and the other ia a home PC which puts Company name at second line. Can you advise if there is a setting that somehow effects this so I can change and make both PCs give same results? "Graham Mayor" wrote: Forget the address block.
