Default Page Layout ignored by printer

I'm trying to choose which tray I print to from page layout (rather than
going to File, Print, Properties every time!). All I see listed for First
Page and Other Pages are "Default tray" and "Form Select" - neither seems to
make any difference. Could someone tell me what these options should do?
Using VBA doesn't seem to help either (changing .FirstPageTray or
..OtherPagesTray makes no difference to which tray is printed to). We've just
upgraded to XP+Office 2003 from NT+Office 97: is this a problem now in
Office? I used to be able to print a given template knowing pages would
automatically go to the right tray.

Any help greatly appreciated!

First thought would be whether you *also* updated your printer driver?

I'm going to have to investigate that. Another clue is that I've run
Jonathan West's API code
(http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/P...cle.asp?ID=101) and all it
returns is one bin: "Form Select" and 15 which is definitely wrong as there
are two plain paper and one headed paper tray on this printer.
