Default my hyperlinks all go back to the first one clicked.

I have a large (300+ page) Word document with numerous internal hyperlinks.
Before, when you clicked on a hyperlink, using the back button took you back
to the hyperlink you just clicked on. I now have a new work PC, and my Word
settings have changed so that when I click on a hyperlink, it always goes
back to the first hyperlink I clicked on in that session.

So, I click on a link on page one, it takes me to page 200. I hit the back
button, and go back to page one. Then I click on a link on page five, it
takes me to page 123. I hit the back button, and I go back to page one
instead of page five.

There must be a setting I can adjust to get it back to going back to the
original hyperlink as intended??
