Default Custom label created want to apply it to document to fill in

I created a custom label for notebook page separators and want to apply the
format to a document so that I can fill in a unique title on each label tab.

Hi Mike,

In the Labels dialog, choose the custom label definition and then click the
New Document button. If you don't see the outlines of the labels, click
Table Show Gridlines. You can edit and save that document like any other.
