Default Overwriting underscores

I have a form I'm creating where there are underscores when people need to
fill out information such as Name: _________________. Is there a way,
besides telling them to use the insert key (overwrite), that I can have the
underlined areas be automatically overwritten to where I don't have to tell
them to use the insert key?

Thanks!!
