What are the settings for printing on 4 to a sheet postcards?
Are you going to do a *merge* or just type the content into each card?
If the latter, use ToolsLetters & MailingsEnvelopes & Labels. On the Labels page click the Options button & select the appropriate product number (Avery 8387?), then OK. that puts you back into the original dialog - click New Document. You'll have a 2-column x 2-row table as your label document, save it & put the content into each of the 4 big cells. If that is the template you're going to use & you need more than 4 cards just keep pressing Tab as you complete each card & a new page will be generated for you as you go. For a merge, use ToolsLetters & MailingsMail Merge. In the Mail Merge Task Pane select Labels and in the next step click the Label Options button, choose the label layout as above then follow the steps on the Task Pane to complete the merge. -- HTH |:) Bob Jones [MVP] Office:Mac "cowboy88" wrote in message ...
