Default locking the format in Word 2002 so they don't move in other versio

Hi there,
I am desperately trying to lock the format and margins on my CV document in
Word 2002 so they don't move in other versions when potential employers open
it.
I have been looking ALL over for this specific info and cannot find it
anywhere.
All the instructions I have found only refer to tables and text boxes.

HELP ?!?!!??

See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm. Your best bet,
however, is a PDF.
