space bar inserts period, how to fix?
when i press space bar it inserts a period, how do i fix problem?

space bar inserts period, how to fix?
Is it a period, or is it Word's symbol for a space? Go into Tools/Options
and see if the box is checked that shows either "all" formatting marks, or maybe just the "space" formatting mark, which is like a period. "Wayne S. LaGant" wrote: when i press space bar it inserts a period, how do i fix problem? |

That's not a period, it's a non-printing character that represents a space.
