Default How to set the layout so as to print as close to the edge

How to set the layout so as to print as close to the edge as possible? Is is possible to set a table with 3 rows to fill up a A4 size page in portrait orientation?

You can set your page margins to 0", but Word still won't print any closer
to the edge of the page than the printer driver will let it.
