Printing 11x17 spreads
Hi folks,
I've got a 4 page doc that I'd like to print out as 11x17 spreads. Is there a plug-in out there that would make it easy? Or would I have to make a new 11x17 doc and copy/paste and build it that way? I've got 25 different docs so it would be kind of a pain in the neck to layout. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks! |

If you have Word 2000 or above, create an 11x17 document and set it to "2
pages per sheet" (Landscape) in the Page Setup dialog (*not* "2 pages per sheet" in the Print dialog), then paste in your Letter-size pages. This will work provided you're not trying to create a booklet. In that case, see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...etPrinting.htm -- Suzanne S.
