When i try to insert clipart into a document I get error 0x80030019 and it
won't work. Any ideas?

Try cleaning out your cache, except for necessary Cookies. Clear History and
Temp folders, then try again.

You need to have local administrator permission to do this. Login as administrator then going through Control Panel and User Accounts, Add the user name to Administrator in Groups.
