Default Dueling keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shft+B in Word and Outlook 2003

I want to use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shft+B to format my email text as
body text (such as when I'm finished using the List Bullet style and want to
return to body text). I've edited the Word style for Body Text to set the
hotkey to C+S+B, and it seems to remember that when I go back to check, but
when I'm composing an email (using Word as the text editor), hitting that
combination opens the address book.

Can the Word shortcut be made to "trump" the Outlook shortcut?

You had better ask this question in an Outlook newsgroup. For example, try
the microsoft.public.outlook.general group at:

http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm... ang=en&cr=US
