where is the format option to keep lines or paragraphs together?
I recently upgraded from Word 2003 to Word 2007. I can't find the "keep
paragraph together" icon or menu. |

In the Paragraph group on the Home tab, click the dialog launcher (small
arrow in the bottom right corner), or right-click in your text and choose Paragraph... from the context menu. This will open the familiar dialog with the Line and Page Breaks tab. -- Suzanne S. 1. Select the paragraphs, right click, select Paragraphs, select the Line
and Page Breaks tab. or 2. Select the paragraphs, click on the little symbol on the right side of the Paragraphs chunk to show you the Paragraphs settings dialog box, select the Line and Page Breaks tab. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] Tech Editor for "Microsoft Publisher 2007 For Dummies" "js610" wrote in message ... where is the format option to keep lines or paragraphs together?
As an aside, I usually find it quicker to right-click the text
wherever I happen to be and choose Paragraph from the context menu. It's on most of the context menus except, inexplicably, the ones available in tables. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. That would be the part where I said, "or right-click in your text and choose
Paragraph... from the context menu." That would be what I would do as well. -- Suzanne S.
