Default how do I write on top of a picture?

I want to write on top of a picture that I got to make a
card and it gets keeping deleting so how can I do it
without deleting the picture?
If you find the answer I would really appreciate it.

If you want the picture to be behind the document text, click on it and
change the wrapping style to Behind Text. If you just want to add a small
amount of text on top of the picture, use a text box (with no line and no
fill).
