Default Heading/Title for TOC across multiple pages?

I have Contents (Title format) followed by TOC table. TOC spans several
pages. In each page I would like to have the Contents at the top and the TOC
to follow after that - similar to repeating first header row in a table.
Any suggestions?

You can put the TOC in a separate section, and type the TOC heading in the
header.
