I am trying to create a legal pleading from the Pleading Wizard where the
caption page in the footer does not have a page number and then the next page
Table of Contents starts with a i and the first page starts with page 1.
When I check the box for the first page to be different, the pleading lines
disappear. The following page will have the lines, but the caption page will
not. Please instruct me how to fix this problem. I have tried several
different ways of doing this, and the lines still do not show up.

View | Header and Footer. Click Show Next if necessary to get to the Header
(the one that has the lines/numbering). Click on the lines and/or text box
with numbers and Copy. Show Previous to get to the First Page Header. Paste.
