Having trouble figuring out how to match shades from msword to my epson cx4600. I'm just getting primary colors. You may want to ask this in a forum specific for the printer you have, as this sounds like a problem with the printer, not MS Word. you might try updating the printer driver from the manufacturer's website as a first step, though.
