I have been trying to right align a margin on a "fill in the blank" type of
form used at work. I use the shift dash key to type a line so that
information can be handwritten on the line once the document is printed.
However, even though I have set the margins, the lines do not line up evenly
on the right margin. They are all off a space or two and I can't figure out
how to line them all up evenly.

On the same document, I am trying to insert a border in the middle of the
page. I have successfully inserted a border at the top, then text and now
want another border under the text but cannot figure out that one either!
