Default how can i change the mouse pointer on my website?

i would like to change the mouse pointer on my website, so that i can either
have a tail, or that the pointer looks differently than the basic pointer. In
this way the viewer to my website will have thier mouse pointer change to
what mine is, or i can have a tail with the date, or time. is this possible?
and if so, how do i attempt it?
I am using word pro 2003.
Thanks.

Features like this require javascript or some other kind of scripting, and
aren't features available with Word even when saved as HTML.
