Default How change index entry to italics?

I generated an index via a concordance file. Now there are certain entries
that I need printed in the index in Italics. How do I convert the entries?
Can I somehow just edit the tags.

Word help was of no help, as usual....

If the word inside the XE field is italic, it will appear in the index in
italics. If the same entry appears on several pages, it seems only the first
one needs to be italic.

I can't think of any way to make this part of the concordance process, but
after the document has been marked you can go through it either manually or
with a Replace operation to change the formatting of the XE fields.
