Saving default page layout
Hope someone could help me with this in Word 2007 under Vista:
I set new default margins for my documents from the page layout and click 'Default'. After closing the present document and creating a new one, I don't get the page layout that I specified earlier as default. Rather, I get the factory-made defaults even if I restart Word!!! |

Saving default page layout

saves to the global template. Under Word Options | Advanced tab in the Save section, make sure that 'Prompt before saving normal template' option is checked. Then change the page margins again and press the Default button. Now close Word. Did you get a prompt to save changes to the global template? -- Terry Farrell - MSWord MVP "Amer" wrote in message ...
