Print preview shoud reflect all chosen print options
When you check Tools | Options... | tab Print | Print data only for forms,
Print preview still shows the entire document. This should not be so. In addition, there is no way to preview what you select in the File | Print... | Print what-list. I suggest that the Print what-list is moved to Tools | Options... | tab Print. This way you keep the print options in one place (why, for example, do you have to go to Tools | Options... if you want field codes in your print, but do you have to go to File | Print... if you want to include track changes), and the selection of the Print what list can be previewed as well. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
