How do I delete a word I inadvertantly added to the dictionary?
In article ,
says... I have Office Professional 2003. While using Spellcheck on Outlook Express I inadvertantly added a misspelled word to the dictionary. How can I delete that word? 1. Display the Spelling and Grammar dialog box. 2. Click Options. 3. Click Custom Dictionaries. 4. Click the dictionary (custom.dic in most cases). 5. Click Modify. You'll get a list of words. 6. Find the word and click Delete. -- Peter Aitken Author, MS Word for Medical and Technical Writers www.tech-word.com |
