Default MAKE LABELS FROM EXCEL DATA SHEET

I cannot seem to get all the labels from an excel data sheet to print on the
labels. When I try to do this it only shows the first page of at least three
pages from the data base

What you are doing is displaying the merge on your screen, not performing
the merge. To perform the merge you need to either merge to a new document
or to your printer. While it is on your screen, though, you can scroll
through the records using the mailmerge toolbar to bring up the other pages,
I think.

See http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebre....htm#mailmerge for mailmerge
links.
