Default Formatting a document

I want to write a letter in Word, and I usually do it in Times New Roman 12.
Today this format doesn't appear (I mean it appear when I click Format -
Font, bu not in the bar. I only get Headind 1, Heading 2 etc... and Normal.
No font format.

Did I do something wrong, and how can I fix the problem?

Thanks a lot

Times New Roman 12 is the default font formatting of Normal style.

If you dragged the font window off your toolbar it can be restored. Is this
what happened? Perhaps your formatting toolbar is turned off?
