Default Document Format

Our office has a problem with a word document keeping it's formatting. When
the document is opened by the secretary the page breaks are in the correct
place and it prints correctly. However, anyone else opening the document
find that the page breaks are not correct, they are on the previous page and
the printing is not correct. The secretary is using Office 2000, we have
staff that have opened the document in Office 2000 and 2003 and still have
problem with the formatting.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Two different printers but I did add the secretary's printer on the users
printer and made it the default printer. I re-opened the document but the
formatting was still incorrect.
