Default My regular Times New Roman 12 point font is larger than usual?

I don't know what happened, the regular 12 point font is way larger than it
should be. And it's doing this on all new documents I open, how do I fix
this? I use Microsoft Word by the way. Yes, I double checked and it really is
the 12 point font behaving like a 14 or 16 pt. If you know how I can fix this
please email me at . Thanks!
