Default Filename in topptext in normal.dot doesn´t update

Hi

In all the previous versions of word I used to put a filed with date,
userinitials and filename in the topptext in normal.dot. In word 2003 I have
problems with the automatically update of the filename !!! When I open a new
document based on the normal.dot, the filename appears with the title
"normal.dot". If I use the ctrl-F9-function it is updated to the correct
filename, but is it really necessary to do this ? I would really like the
filename to be updated with the correct filename automatically as in previous
versions of word. I would be very pleased if there is anybody out there with
the same experience AND a solution.
