Default Shortcut Keys

Are there shortcut key combinations for opening up Explorer (not Internet
Explorer) and for right clicking?

P,

Try the Flying Window Icon (next to CTRL) + e for Explorer My Computer
and Shift+F10 for the right click content menus.

On the Windows keyboards that have a Windows key, there is also a key to the
right of the right Windows key that opens shortcut menus.

It's not as if I ever use it, either, but it was much ballyhooed when
