I can not get rid of the first document I created in Word 2007. Whenever I
open Word this document always appears as Doc 1. I have to manually delete
the text in order to enter a new doc.?????. What's up wid dat?

Could not find "Normal.dot" using Explorer or any other search function. Text
did not appear when I used the "Start" method.

Note that you must search hidden files and folders; otherwise Windows won't
find normal.dot.

I was certain that I wrote "normal.dotm" rather than "normal.dot," but
apparently I didn't. :-(

If I always wrote/typed what I thought I was writing/typing, I'd have a lot
less to apologize for, myself. g
