Default How prevent message "Do you want to merge changes in 'filename'..

Word 2003 - I e-mailed a transcriptionist a document (filename: ov) to use as
a "skeleton" for transcribing for me. She then types her transcription,
renames it (smith.john), and e-mails it back to me. When I open smith.john, I
get the following message: "Do you want to merge changes in smith.john back
into C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\ov.doc?" How can I prevent this
message from appearing every time I open a document from her?

Thanks,
