Default Formatting a Text Form Field

Hi

I have a table (3 rows). rows 1 and 2 contain a Text form field, both of
which are Type = Number.

I then have, in row 3, a calculated field. (Formula = A1/A2).
I need to show the result a a percentage to 4 decimal places.

I am completely stuck. (
Can anyone help please?
